The initial concept for the creation of 55 residences commenced with a central requirement of a visually opaque facade, aiming to fulfill the privacy needs of the residents.
However, contrary to this initial condition, the proposed idea evolved into a dynamic composition of volumes, departing from the simplistic and solid original form. The outcome manifests as a sculptural volume, distinguished by a sandstone facade and embellished with wooden panels that serve the dual purpose of heat deflection and interior space preservation, particularly in the scorching summer months.
