The building program includes 202,135 SF of warehouse space, 50,000 SF of storage and parking facilities, and 2,500 SF of office space.

The Terminal Logistics Center is expected to play a key role in alleviating the significant pressure of the supply chain bottleneck with efficient logistics, warehouse distribution, and air support operations.

Winner of the Big Apple Brownfield Award for Economic Development, the Terminal Logistics Center will create 200-400 full-time jobs and generate over $29MM of output growth annually.
